I'm shifting holidays in an attempt to behave myself instead of cutting off heads! (See post below.) This cardinal is part of Backyard birds from JustRite stamps. I colored with Copics on X-Press paper. I highly recommend it along with everyone else who has tried it! I also like how the airbrushing looks.
The ribbon is from Hobby Lobby and Martha Stewart furnished the punch for the leaves. Paper is Basic Grey.
My card will be entered in Flourishes Timeless Tuesday.
It is also a sketch challenge for Scrapbooker's Paradise. I like this sketch and will use it again.
A few more challenges are Mark's Finest Papers and Simon Says Stamp and A Spoon Full of Sugar.
Thanks for your encouraging comments. Have a fabulous day!
Gorgeous card, great colouring of the red cardinal bird image, perfect choice of the Basic Grey Wassail papers and fabulous punched yew leaves.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for joining us in the Simon Says Stamp challenge.

The little cardinal looks so real! Love the way you have sprinkled on red pearls - really livens up the layout and softens all the line - such a great idea!
