Grateful

Today I have a card to celebrate Thanksgiving.  One of my favorite Thanksgivings was at my brother's when we drew names and after eating we shared why we were thankful for that person.  We just don't do that often enough.
This card features stamps by Crafty Secrets, papers by Authentique and a sketch by I heart sketches.

I used Copics for coloring and an airbrush for shading.
I'm grateful you stopped to visit!  Have a wonderful Tuesday and remember to VOTE!

Challenges:
Sun: Crafty Secrets - Use their stamps
Mon: The Pink Elephant - Use favorite coloring medium (copics)
Mon: Kaboodle Doodle - anything goes
Tues: Anything Goes - anything goes
Tues: PartyTime Tuesdays - thankful
Tues: Bearly Mine - anything goes

Happy Thanksgiving

In just one week we'll be pulling the wish bone around the Thanksgiving table!  To celebrate I made this card using stamps by Crafty Secrets.
I think Thanksgiving is a forgotten holiday.  Christmas just seems to gobble it up....no pun intended.
The paper is Memory Box.  Skeleton leaves are All Night Media.  I've had the leaves for years and really had to dig around to find them.
I used this week's sketch by Sketch Saturday

Have a delightful Thursday!!

Other challenges:
Mark's Finest Papers, favorite technique, Copic coloring
Simon Says Stamp,  give thanks theme
Creative Card Crew, thanks theme
Aud Sentiments, thanks theme
Crafting for All Seasons, thanks theme

BOO!

Can you believe 3 weeks from today is Halloween already?  I'm just anxious for the leaves to start turning colors.
The stamp used in today's card is from Impression Obession.  Notice the cat in the window?  Too cute.
The words are from a set by Crafty Secrets.  Paper is Graphic 45.
Mr. Pumpkin will be entered in the following challenges, Sketch Saturday ,  PaperTake Weekly, PaperPlay and Stampin for the Weekend.
     Enjoy your Monday!!

Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween!  I saved this card for today.  No stamping needed when you have some Crafty Secrets cutouts!  They do vintage well.  I also love their stamps.
I used a cuttlebug folder, Martha Stewart sticky ribbons and some black pearls.  Easy-peasy!
It might be mid-week before another posting.  My Uncle passed away on Friday.  I never heard him raise his voice, never heard him insist on his own way and never said a bad word about anyone!  What a rare jewel he was as well as my Aunt who died 4 years ago.
Hope you have a safe Halloween.

Little Witch

I hope you had a wonderful weekend.  It certainly was a beautiful one here.
This little witch is by Crafty Secrets.  It  is a such a fun Halloween set.  The paper is from K & Co. plus some in my stash.  Don't look too close at the stitching.  My bobbin ran out of thread and I didn't notice!  The Halloween ribbon is from Michael's.
We don't have trick-or-treaters.  Most of the kids in our neighborhood are too old now. When I was a kid we had one neighbor lady who always made popcorn balls.  She would make us come inside and sign her guest book!!  What fun!
This card is a sketch challenge for Flourishes.  They are celebrating this month's new release.  I'll also enter it in Simon Says Halloween challenge as well as Baby Bud Designs.
       Have a creative week!
