Today's card is a sketch challenge for Verve Stamps 3rd Anniversary Celebration. There are a total of 5 sketches. You can find the details on this post on SCS.
Verve makes stamp sets but they also have "Plain Jane's." Plain Jane's are individual stamps and most are scripture verses. I like their unique flair. The stamp used on this card is one of them.
The paper is from Memory Box. The ribbon is probably from Hobby Lobby, my home away from home!
When I make a card from a sketch challenge I draw it out in my sketch book. Once I finish the card I go back and write down the measurements of each piece. For instance the stripe piece on this card is 1/2" x 3 7/8". Now when I use the sketch again the card will come together quickly. Hope that makes sense and hope it is a tip you can use.
