She is colored with Copics but shaded with pencils. I use Brilliance ink for the outer shading. I love the look of Brilliance ink.
I glittered her wings. The blue ring is glittered paper. The button on the ribbon is clear with added glitter. I saw the idea on another blog but I don't remember which one so I can give them credit.
