Happy Friday! My card today is for Flourishes' noontime challenge of Wild and Wonderful. We are to make a card that's rugged or distressed. This is the only Flourishes stamp I own that I thought might fit the challenge.
All That Glitters along with Dove and Holly were the two sets used on this card. The background was made by stamping Ranger Wild Honey distress ink and then stamping again slightly to one side with white ink. The ornaments on the tag were stamped and embossed with Tea Dye. The branch with Peeled Paint. I love the rough texture of Ranger's Distress embossing powders. I sponged with Wild Honey. A distress tool was used to jag the edges. The snow on the tag ornaments is a gelly roll pen. Today the pen and I got along great unlike yesterday. It truly is a love/hate relationship with that pen.
That's one Christmas card down and 30 more to go!!!
Enjoy your weekend!
