Happy 6th Anniversary ODBD!

    Welcome to Our Daily Bread Designs 6th Anniversary blog hop!  We're celebrating 6 years of sharing God's Word, His love and His encouragement through stamping!
     My first card contains the scripture verse I chose for this year's Anniversary.  You will find it in the Scripture Collection 12 set.
Linda Carson, ODBD
      I chose this verse as a reminder of the condition my soul was in before Christ compared to where I am now in Christ!  Saved by His Grace!
     I used the popular Quatrefoil die along with the single set Clover and some pearls to frame the scripture.
     My second card is another verse included in the Scripture Collection 12 set.

     On this card I used a die from the Beautiful Border dies collection.  Paper is My Mind's Eye.

    Both cards are so pretty Linda! I love the reminder of who we are in Christ, compared to who we were beforewe accepted His gift of salvation! I love the thought of the solid footing we have on the Rock of our salvation! Your first card is so pretty with the color combo and the dies use, and I love the clover and pearls! The second card is such a cool layout! Love the use of the beautiful borders!

    Beautiful cards Linda!! Love, love, love the lacy look, along with the clover stamp. One of my favorite worship songs is taken from this scripture. Love the fact that your second card could be used for either male or female.

    Two beautiful cards but the first one is my favorite for three reasons: The colors, design, and the scripture, Psalm 40:2. It is the first one I learned after I got saved and I appreciate it for the same reason you do.

    Both of your creations are gorgeous Linda!! I love the red and pink with the banner and pearls on the second and the lavender and white with the clovers on the first. The first is my fave!! Your clovers are colored to perfection!! Gorgeous use of the quatrefoil!! Stunning work my friend!

    Your cards are both very pretty. The first one is so simply lovely. The super background die and prettily colored clover and perfect verse. The second one has that beautiful trim and paper with perfect verse. Very nice.

    Very pretty, both of them. super use of that shamrock. It is one of the first of the few stamps I have from ODBD and i must blow the dist off it and try it again...strking here..especially with that pretty verse..TFS..:0)
