Hi friends! This Tuesday's challenge with Shining the Light at Our Daily Bread Designs is Wing It! We want to see anything with wings! Here are my wings.
I chose to use the Sparrow image and the Sparrow die for my wings. I cut an additional sparrow in the base color as a shadow to offset the colored image. An Elegant Oval die was used for the sparrow.
The sentiment and die are from this month's new release Glory and Vintage Labels. The patterned papers are also new this month, Rustic Beauty Collection. I chose to do some paper pleating on the bottom of the card. You can find tutorials on SCS for pleating.

Wow Linda!! This is stunning!! This is the most gorgeous use of the designer paper I have seen yet. I love it!!!! Your design with the beautifully colored sparrow, your colors, and the ruffled/pleated bottom is stunning!! Gorgeous work my friend!
