Happy Birthday MIL

Today is my Mother-in-law's birthday and this is the card I made for her. She's the best MIL ever!
I felt like the Ace of Cakes when making this one!  I couldn't imagine paying a thousand dollars or more for a cake.  That's crazy!
The stamp is from Taylored Expressions.  The banner is also a stamp from the same set.  I just stamped it on the back and cut it out.  The sketch is from Taylored Expressions' blog. I'll enter this.
Basic Grey is the paper.  The glitter on top and between layers has a hit of lilac that matches the paper.  The pearls on the bottom of the cake were made from a Viva Decor pearl pen in a lilac color. Wish I had one of those pens in each color.  Maybe I should tell Santa...
I'll enter my Ace of Cakes at One Stitch at A Time and The Play Date Cafe
