Well With My Soul

Welcome!  This Tuesday at Shining the Light with Our Daily Bread Designs we have a sketch challenge for you.  Here's my card.
Linda Carson, ODBD

     Here's the sketch.
I started out with ODBD Christian Faith Collection paper.  I wanted to experiment by coloring directly on the paper.  I've seen this done but never tried it myself.  I really like the look.
I chose It Is Well With My Soul, my husband's favorite hymn, along with the Butterfly Corner and Butterfly die.  Pearls on the butterfly and both ends added the final touch.
Please visit my design team sisters for more inspiration on this sketch challenge:

You'll notice that Chris Olsen is not listed this week.  She broke her ankle and needed surgery.  Please keep her in your prayers for healing and a quick recovery.  We miss her!
To see all of the artwork in one place or join in on the challenge click here.  You have until Sunday, May 25th to enter.
Hope you'll create with us this week!  Have a wonderful day!

  9. My word, this is beautiful! I examined this very closely on the huge image I get when clicking in Bloglovin and I would still think your coloring was part of the paper. Absolutely stunning!
